Otherwise this fork is in unusually excellent condition. A set of nine 4" long sterling demi-tasse or espresso spoons in the Ryrie Birks Louis XV pattern. These spoons have a single gothic monogram - I am not good at deciphering these letters, but it may be an I or an L. They are not the thin pressed-out sterling spoons, they are proper weight demitasse spoons (weight approximately 102 grams), and they are in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, pattern wear, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.

A superb, ornate Victorian period 8-1/8" long sterling and mother-of-pearl parasol handle c1875-90. This Victorian fashion accessory consists of a 2" wide fancy oval shape repousse sterling handle, a finely formed paneled middle section of lustrous genuine mother-of-pearl and a sterling silver repousse end. You can see a hole at the end - this was where the wood parasol stem was inserted. Marked simply STERLING (on both top and bottom sections), this handle has a fancy McD monogram. Although its original use was for a parasol, it could also be re-cycled as a handle for a walking stick, and it is in remarkably fine condition for its age and use, with no chips, cracks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. There are some expected small shallow dents in various spots in the silver from use, none too serious, and it does not detract from the attractive overall appearance. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface tracked shipping to the U.S. starts at $19 (other spots may vary) - insurance and tracking is included in shipping quotes.
