A 1950s vintage, high quality Christian Dior necklace and matching earrings signed and dated by Christian Dior 1958 and 1959. This set includes the 14-3/4" triple strand choker necklace and the 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" clip-on rhinestone & crystal matching earrings. Each section of the necklace has graduated round facetted crystal beads in smoky topaz and cinnamon brown, with green, brown, black, white and gold speckled glass beads and taupe marble celluloid beads. A true rarity of vintage American pressed or pattern glass. This is the 5-1/4" long and 4-5/8" wide wall pocket in the Elephant or Jumbo pattern in amber glass, issued by the King Glass Co. in 1890. Variously described as a match holder, match striker, wall pocket or vase, this item has vivid and crisp detail. It is 2-3/4" deep and is guaranteed to be antique glass. An attractive, high quality Art Deco period set of six 3-3/8" diameter blown glass 3" tall fine glass teacups with the original brass handled holders, signed by the German manufacturer Carl Deffner. The Carl Deffner metal works stated in Esslingen, Germany in 1815, and sons and grandsons continued in the firm, producing high quality and beautifully designed metal items until the factory was sold in 1969.
