A stunning modern design 14k white gold hand made custom diamond ring c1960s-70. This size 6-1/2 ring weighs a substantial 6.1 grams, it is unmarked (14k gold guaranteed, has been tested), and has a claw set 23 point genuine brilliant cut diamond (measured by gauge). The colour is a top quality excellent commercial white F colour, and the stone is I-1 clarity, as there is a tiny chip located on the underside of the diamond near one claw. The elegant custom made design of the ring has great flow on the textured sides. It is 7/16" wide across at the diamond (widest point), and this beauty is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, losses, corrosion, repairs or damage. An attractive vintage signed Birks 14k yellow and white gold gentleman's ring with diamonds c1950s. The size is approximately size 14, or may be a little larger, as our ring sizer bar doesn't go any higher. This ring is stamped BIRKS (indistinct), it tests as 14k gold and it comes with a conservative independent gemmologist appraisal. The diamonds include: one brilliant cut diamond .22ct I-1 F-G colour, two single cut diamonds SI2/I1 I-J colour 0.05ct total; the ring weighs 4.8 grams and it appraised for $1,000 CAD (in 2008). Please note that the large diamond has a tiny chip, which can be hidden if the diamond is rotated so that the chip is hidden by the claw (an simple alteration by a jeweller). This set consists of the 8-1/8" bracelet and the 15" necklace; the (tested) silver beads include tubes, elongated barrels and balls and the turquoise stones are natural and lightly polished. A wonderful decorative pair of oval ornate Victorian sterling bowls or baskets, fully hallmarked London, England 1895-96. These high style late Victorian dishes measure 6-3/4" x 5". They have high relief repousse Gothic designs and pierce-work panels, and they have a W.R.C. maker's mark. They are far heavier than the usual pierce-work English sterling dishes you normally find from this period - one basket weighs 81 grams, and the other 83 grams - and are a lovely quality pair of dishes. An elegant European lady's wristwatch in 18K white gold. This Condor watch measures 5/8" across the face and the face is surrounded by genuine round cut diamonds, which are single point (21 in all). The band has a textured finish and serpentine style, and it has a snap over clasp. The works are unmarked and it has ruby jewels and this watch works and keeps time; it weighs 20.9 grams including the works. The clasp is stamped .750 BREVET with a maker's mark as is the watch base. An unusual and well made hand painted late 19th century porcelain figural whimsey or decorative figure of a girl holding a Pierrot doll over a washtub. This European 3-5/8" across and 3-3/4" high figurine has gold trim and fine handpainting; it is unsigned except for a 2219 (or 2279) and a 49 stamped on the bottom.
