A vintage c1910 top-hinged photo locket fob pendant in 14k yellow gold with an inset genuine antique European cut 12 point (by gauge) diamond. The back has an inscription stating: "PRESENTED TO T.A. EATON BY MEMBERS OF PASSENGER DEPT G.T.R. MARCH 1910", and it has a 14K gold mark. We haven't made the link to the famous Timothy Eaton family of Toronto, who were involved with the Grand Trunk Railroad at this time - this could be an unrelated Eaton. This locket has a photo of a military-clad man on the inside, it weighs 12.4 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some shallow dents to each side. A superb and vintage (unsigned) gold plated brass necklace with large dramatic tassels with saphiret (or sapphiret ) glass stones c1930s. This 15-1/2" gold plated on brass necklace has a spring-ring catch, and it has five graduated chain and bell tassels suspended from it. The largest tassel measures 3-1/2" long and 1" across the bell; each individual tassel chain ends in a sapphiret glass stone. The farthest left and right tassels have 9 suspended chains and stones, the 2nd and 4th tassel has 11 chains and suspended stones, and the centre tassel has 18 chains and suspended stones. There is also a sapphiret at the top of each tassel canopy. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, losses, damage or repairs other than a bit of gold wear at the clasp and some minor corrosion on some of the chain. A favourite piece from my own collection (that no longer fits). A vintage Art Deco size 6 diamond ring in 18k white gold c1915-20. This ring features a fine antique European cut .72 carat (by gauge) diamond of VS2 clarity, I colour, and fair (deep) cut. It includes an appraisal (for $5500 CAD) by an independent gemmologist, and it weighs 2.0 grams. A splendid 17-1/2" carved and lathe turned bakelite necklace c1920s-30s. This necklace consists of turned and hand-carved bakelite beads in oval, round and barrel forms; the colours include off-white, swirled tan, 2 colour pale green and brown. Most beads have variable colour layers and stripes, and the between triple disc striped spacers are all one piece.
