A Victorian period vintage 14k yellow gold pendant, with a central diamond and natural opals surrounding c1890-1900. The stones are all claw-set, and the old European brilliant cut diamond is 30 points, with I-1 clarity and G-H colour. The opals are genuine natural opals, 3.5-3.4 mm. in size and all have excellent blue, green and red colours (quite intense in real life but somewhat muted in our pictures). This pendant was constructed from a Victorian earring, after the mate was lost. Included is a recent gemmological appraisal in the amount of $1400 Canadian. This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All
