| An elegant vintage 14k yellow gold pearl pendant, set with a large genuine Mabe pearl and surrounded by round genuine diamonds. Mabe pearls grown on the inside of the shell rather than the centre, so they are curved at the front but flatter at back. This pendant has a pearl enhancer type loop, which means it can also be worn over a strand of pearls or some other gem as a pendant also. The pearl alone measures 12 mm. across and the six genuine modern single cut diamonds are set in white gold, with yellow gold surrounding. It weighs 3.6 grams and it has a swing-open clasp with a snap-on safety catch. The entire pendant size is 22mm x 16mm (or 7/8" by a bit over 5/8"). It comes with an older independent gemmologist's appraisal (from 2003) for $600.00. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, losses, repairs or damage.
