| A truly unusual Victorian pink rolled gold plate watch fob chain, with a horse, jockey and horseshoe pendant c1880. This 6-3/8" x 1-1/4" fob has purple glass inlaid into the chain links (both sides visible) and the horseshoe (inlaid, closed-back). It has a swivel-style end and it is unsigned; it is in very good original condition with no chips, dents, bends, losses, damage or repairs other than stress cracks in 8 inlaid glass pieces (visible only when closely examined), a couple of cracks to the horseshoe glass, and some surface corrosion and greening. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. is $6 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
