| A rare solid colour early American pressed or pattern glass 9-1/2" across and 7" high cake stand in the Daisy and Button with Thumbprint Panel pattern, made by Adams & Co., Pittsburgh c1886. Known in clear, blue, vaseline and amber, any other solid colour is considered quite rare, and this example is in a lovely light green colour - we have never seen this colour before. This item is in excellent original condition with no cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than a barely visible 1/16" flake to the bottom rim of the platform (see picture). All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $18 (securely double boxed, other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
