| A gilt silver 19thC Indian turban brooch with genuine claw set rubies. The rubies are all hand cut, and of varying shapes and cuts, and this elegant brooch has the original c-clasp and handmade mounting bolts. It measures 3-1/2" long and is 1" at greatest width. It dates to the 19th century and it weighs 8.3 grams. We have not cleaned the gilding, but it will when cleaned be bright gold. Silver content and stones have been tested. This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
