|A late 19th century German 900 silver brandy pan with a twist decoration and interior gilding. This 5-1/4" serving piece (including handle) is stamped ELIMEYER 900 with an S with crossed hammers maker's mark (unidentified) and the German post 1886 silver marks. It also has a crowned CL crest/monogram on the handle which appears to be a legacy mark from the 16th century House of Hanover royal monogram of Christian Louis, Duke of Brunswick-Luneburg (this item was possibly owned by a descendant). This item weighs 82.3 grams, and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
