| An elegant vintage 2-1/4" x 1" brooch in 14k white gold with six 8mm. cultured pearls c1950. The brooch appears to be a stylized lily of the valley floral spray - perfect gift for that May birthday. The leaves are hand engraved and the slightly baroque pearls have a nice pinkish lustre; this pin is stamped 14K and it weighs 6.4 grams. It has a trombone style safety catch and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. The pearls are post set, but had glue added for security also, and the glue at the post end is slightly yellowed with age. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage and may have slight signs of gentle use.
