A Mexican sterling silver and amethysy cabochons B bracelet circa 1930s 1940 This 7-3/8" long x 5/8" wide bracelet is a classic Mexico design, and the amethyst gem stones are genuine. This bracelet is stamped STERLING 925 TAXCO with a 3 eagle/bell mark. It weighs 18.2 grams, it has a box clasp, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs - there is a tiny triangle shape loss or original stone gap on one amethyst. It is not a crack and does not appear to be a chip from damage. We are strongly of the opinion that it is original to the gathering and polishing of the amethyst, and s there is another polished line original to the stone in the same stone, again, not a crack. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
