This is a bronze statue of the Farnese Bull.The original was a 2nd century Bc. bronze that represents the myth of Dirce. A marble copy was done in Rome around 300 Ad. and was discovered in 1545.It was restored and put in the Farnese Palace. Reductions in bronze have been made since the 1600,s but were always pricey...
This is a original 1930 calendar top from 1930 by Maxfield Parrish. It has been cropped below the title at the bottom. It is in very good condition.I see one minor crease on the right side not into the image. The colors are very strong and fresh. It was in a drawer since 1930. and has never been framed. We have matted it in a acid free cream matt.The Parrish book lists these cropped for up to $750.00.

This is a very nice original copy of the Northern Pike fish print by Denton from his series of prints of fish and wild life that he did for New York state around 1900. Image is about 8 by 11 margins.
This is a beautiful small calendar top for Edison Mazda from 1928. It was done by Maxfield Parrish.The colors are very bright and fresh having spent most of its life in a drawer.There is some crease damage on the bottom left corner.This lists in the Parrish book up to $700.00
This is a original pre 1900 bronze statue of Thetis. Thetis and Jupiter were the parents of Achilles.She is 15 inches tall and has the correct seal in the back G&S Medaille d'or 1867 as shown in volume 4 of Berman's bronze books. She is pictured as no 4186 in this book.She is in nice original condition with no scratches or dings.

This is a nice circa 1930 bronze statue of a Chamois Goat on a naturalistic rock base. It stands 12 inches tall by 7 wide.The statue has excellent detail and the patina is in excellent condition. The base is carved marble.The base seems to be signed Duru but we can find no listing of an artist by this name.Animalier

This is a nice example of a Venetian glass figure of a male dancer.I believe him to be from the 1950's from the quality and the use of cased glass.He stands 12 inches tall and is in perfect condition. A nice heavy amount of gold in the clear glass.I do not see to many of these at shows or shops anymore.
This is a large wall map dated 1843 by Phelp's and Ensign a New York map maker before the Civil War.It is 26 by 38 and would have originally been a roll up wall map.It is currently framed in a simple wide black moulding under plexiglass as we found it. The map is in quite good condition other than some water staining to the top left corner and across the bottom of the map...

This is a near mint original copy of the Great Northern Railroads calendar for 1950. It pictures Tom Dawson mountain man in Glacier national park by Winold Reiss. It is 16 by 33 inches. It has the full pad including the Dec 1949 page and was never used. We have the original mailing tube!A few very minor wrinkles you will not find a better one! These Calendar shave sold as high as $900.00 at New York auctions.

This is a original 1949 calendar for the Great Northern Railway co.It has the pad page for dec. 1948 and all the pages for 1949. It was never used. I also have the original mailing tube!The size is 16 by 33 inches.This pictures Bird Sings Different a Blackfeet Indian woman. It is by Winold Reiss. There are a couple of paper wrinkles but no tears or anything missing. I would rate it A-. These calendars are hard to find in this condition and have sold as high as $900.00 at Swanns in New York...
This is a large 55 high by 5 ft wide wall map of the United States of America printed in 1853 by Colton.It is paper mounted on linen and has its original wood strips. There is some wrinkling from rolling a couple of splits and a chip of paper missing in the Gulf of Mexico. Some one put some scotch magic tape in several places mostly at the bottom...
This is a original large folio aquatint of the Red Throated Diver from Selby's British Ornithology. It is plate no 78 and is hand colored with a 1827 watermark on whatman paper. This is the 1st ed.This print is in nice fresh condition having never been framed before.Size is aprox.24 by 18.Plates from the 1st edition are hard to find!

I guarantee that this is a old print circa 1910 era not a new copy.

This is a nice large 40 by 30 oil on canvas painting by Jaffrey Harris. I could not find to much info on this artist. He is listed in Davenport's and Mallet's. He worked in Bronxville N.Y. in the 30's.This is a nicely executed painting and is in great original condition with no tears holes or problems with the painting.It is housed in its original designer style frame. I can not find any signature on the frame.Size with the frame is 45 by 34
This is a nice 12 by 16 oil on panel by Tracy Hoppin. 1871-1958 He was from New Hope Pa.An idylic scene of a woman hanging out the daily laundry at her farm house in the new hope area.This is in ex. condition and is in its original frame that was put on in Worchester mass.It is signed T. Hoppin in the lower right corner. The artist is listed in who's who and Davenports.In 1991 Skinners sold one of his paintings for $4600.00
This is a great late 19th century large size copy of the famous statue Venus De Milo. It has the seal of A. Collas Reduction Mecanique set in the back and was cast at the F. Barbedienne foundry.This is a hard to find large size. 37 1/2 inches tall. It is in wonderful condition with a pleasing rich brown finish. It is numbered underneath 116 and also has ink numbers in the underside. One just like it sold in Paris at Sotheby's in 2004 for over $12000.00...
