This is a original Imperial folio J. J. Audubon lithograph print of the Black Tailed Deer Female.It also has a self portrait of Audubon in the back round!In good original condition with some minor paper bends from handling over the years and a couple light spots in the upper left corner.Matted to 19 by 24 + margins.

This is a wonderful original hand colored lithograph by Currier and Ives from the 1870's.The paper size is 13 1/2 by 17 3/4 and the print is in very nice condition with some very minor spots of foxing in the margins. This was stored in a trunk since the 1870's so colors are very fresh. One of a group of these we have up. We have over 200 Currier's in stock!

This is a large and dramatic 23 by 29 inch oil on canvas military painting by Ernest Crofts 1847-1911 signed and dated 1867. He is well listed and known for his military paintings.He did a lot of scenes of Waterloo. I am not sure if this is from there or not. The flag he is holding should be able to decide that.This painting was cleaned and laid down on another canvas quite awhile ago...

This is a rare very large 31 by 45 inches wood engraving done for the Illustrated London News in 1851 as a supplement. It is in remarkable good condition. There is a small repaired tear in the center fold other wise no spots or missing paper. This also has the red tax stamp.Wood engraving this large and this early are very rare!

This is a wonderful very large 22 by 32 inches birds eye view of Philadelphia done as a supplement for Harper's Weekly in May 27 1876. This was a woodblock engraving that was sketched by Theodore Davis. In excellent condition with no holes tears or stains a miracle considering this was folded up in a issue of Harper's and probably sent thru the mail.

This is a bronze bust of CAESAR AGUSTUS.It is signed by the maker BENEDETTO BOSCHETTI ROMA. He lived from 1820 to 1860 and is well listed with a large number of bronzes in the art price guides.I could only find one comparable in size of Marc Antony and that one realized $2900.00. He did this bust in at least two sizes.Ours is the smaller version at 11 3/4 inches tall.This is in nice original condition with no dings or scratches.A nice example of a grand tour item!

This is a great original bronze statue of a bull by the famous french artist P.J.Mene. He is well known for his Animalier sculptures.This has a scarce greenish colored patina that is in great condition with just a few areas of slight wear as to be expected on a 125 + years old casting.Size is 5 3/4 inches tall 9 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 deep.If you collect animal or bovine subject matter this would be a great addition to your collection.

This is a lovely gold and silver open work and engraved ring of European origin.The oval center stone,set in a yellow gold bezel is surrounded by 4 single cut Diamonds and numerous small faceted Rubies in a scrolling design. There are no markings on the shank. Ring size is 7 1/2 to 8 and the ring top is 7/8th by 1 inch. The ring sits nicely on the hand. We believe this to be a Victorian era ring.Purchased From a New Hampshire estate auction of people who traveled abroad.

This is a original Chromolithograph print titled The Finish Off Staten Island by Frederic S. Cozzens.It was printed in 1884 by Armstrong&co for Charles Scribner's and sons.The work was titled American Yachts Their Clubs and Races. The size is 14 by 20 1/2 and it is on its original backing board+ we have the original separate title plate.This plate is in excellent condition.

This is a large etching by the well listed Dutch artist Hendrik Kruseman van Elten 1829-1904.He moved to New York in 1866 and lived there most of his life. He exhibited at the 1876 and 1893 Fairs and at the National Academy.I believe this large 11 by 17 image size etching is of a Harbor on the French coast due to the style of buildings and boats.In lovely condition with wide margins this may be a proof print as it lacks a title and has a remarque.In a cream mat size 18 by 24.

This is a scarce very large 24 by 32 tinted lithograph of Henry Clay. It was drawn on stone by Lafosse after the Daguerreotype by M. Brady in 1856. It was printed in France by Goupil with their Paris embossed stamp.It is in very good condition aside from some wrinkling in the paper the largest which was done when pulling the print above and to the left of his head. I could find no other copies of this scarce print...

It is titled Repousser De La Renaissance and it is a figure of a Renaissance armourer at work.This is pictured in Berman's books on bronze sculpture.He also made a small version of this man as a silversmith.Little seems to be known about Rancoulet other than he was from Bordeaux...

This is a scarce Civil War era engraving by John Sartain after a painting by G. Schussele. It was printed in 1864 and was a popular print during the war. This is a proof print on thin paper laid down on a rag paper backing originally.This is in the best condition we have ever seen this print in. No stains or spots at all. I do not think it was ever framed. We have matted it in a cream colored mat which is 20 1/2 by 25 1/2
