| This is a scarce very large 24 by 32 tinted lithograph of Henry Clay. It was drawn on stone by Lafosse after the Daguerreotype by M. Brady in 1856. It was printed in France by Goupil with their Paris embossed stamp.It is in very good condition aside from some wrinkling in the paper the largest which was done when pulling the print above and to the left of his head. I could find no other copies of this scarce print. Goupil did another about this size around 1861 by the same artist but a different pose.This lithograph has never been framed | ||
