|A Chimbu Province man named "Yame" is wearing a circular forehead ornament made from the base of a conus shell. Strands of nassarius shells hang down on either side of his red painted nose. The red and black feathers of a Pesquet's Parrot and the green feathers of a lorikeet are positioned in a whisker-like manner. Part of the "Man as Art" series taken in highland Papua New Guinea between the years of 1967-1980.|
