Circa 1780 Chinese Export American Market cup and saucer with a fabulous scene of castle like home with turrets. Also trees and shrubbery and with birds flying over the castle. This same exact scene is not only on the outside of the cup but is also on the central part of the saucer where the cup sets. The diameter of the saucer is 5 1/2" and the saucer is 1 1/2" in depth. The cup has a fluted edge and has the same scene on the front of the cup, Opposite end of the cup handle. The cup is 2 1/2" in height and the top opening is 3 1/2". The base of the cup is 1 1/2" in diameter. Beautiful gold gilding on the inside rim of the cup and saucer. Perfect Condition. No Wear at all. No Restoration. GUARANTEED 100%
