| These plate rails are made of SOLID LACQUERED BRASS. These rails allow you to create groups of 2,3 and 4 plates. The rails come with all the necessary hardware for hanging. The "W" shaped plate hangers are needed to attach plates to the rail. The 3 plate and 4 plate rails are 42" in length and the 2 plate rail is 27". The two and four rails hold 8"-9" plates and the three plate rails holds 9"-11 1/2" plates. The plate hangers come in two sizes and stretch to fit around the plates and than adjusts to hold it without actually tightening around the edges. Only plum blossom motifs at the top and two small loops at the bottom of the plates are visable when the plate is hung. The plate hangers can also be purchases separetely for $7.50 each. Viewing all the images will allow you to see the different configurations you can do to decorate your walls with these great hangers.
