Set of 12 Orange Fitzhugh plates. 10" in Diameter. Circa 1976. These plates are a fine Reproduction set of the well known chinese export porcelain pattern of the 18th. Century. The pattern contains the American Eagle and Shield emblem. "E PLURIBUS UNUM". Green underglaze backstamp "Mottahedeh Vista Alegre Portugal 1776-1976". Mildred Mottahedeh and her husband Raffie were collectors of 18th and 19th century chinese export porcelain and traveled the world in their quest of important pieces.
