| Superb Han Dynasty Green Glazed Tomb Pottery Rooster Period: Han Dynasty, China 206 BC-AD 220. Size: This Han Rooster is about 6.69" tall. Condition: Color fading, abrasions, small chips and/or minor deterioration with possible areas of expert restoration is not unusual in burial pieces of this age. Description: This Han rooster is very nice. His head is very well defined and he has a very distinct facial expression. His feathers are well defined as well. He is covered in green glaze with a lot of the original still remaining. He stands on his two feet and he is a very nice example of tomb pottery of this time. Buyer may request this item TL tested (thermoluminescence) by Oxford Authentication in England for an additional fee of $450.00 for items in our China distribution point.
