A Set of Three Coin Silver Place / Dessert Spoons, S. Kirk & Son, Mid 19th Century

The handle is in a fiddle back design with the simplicity of the Georgian style, and engraved with the initial “R.” The verso is stamped “S. KIRK & SON, 10.15,” which denotes the date of production as between 1846-1861. Kirk & Sons is a Baltimore, Maryland silver smith.
