| Offered is an exceptionally designed matte white (bisque) porcelain vase, created and signed by Heinrich Fuchs for Hutschenreuther, Germany as part of the “Archais” series 1968-1971. This vase is 10 ¼ inches tall and is in excellent condition without chips, cracks or repairs. Fuchs played with the effects of light and shadow. Many of his vases are facetted so that different planes revealed themselves as the piece is turned. They are considered the purest – and most collectible – of the German “op-art” style. | ||
