Marking: On the front is the artist signature E Challinor. On the back is the black printed mark HAND PAINTED CHINA W PICKARD A, apparently only used circa 1918 to 1919. There is also the green underglaze printed circular mark of the maker of the blank, P.P. over A.A. over BAVARIA. There is also a fragment of the original paper label that includes the word Palms.

Condition: In very good original condition free from chips, cracks, scratches, stains, damages, or repairs. The only condition issue is some faint wear to the high edge of the gold painted rim. Despite the usual faint fading to the gold trim due to softness of gold, this trivet will display as in excellent condition.
