Beautiful collector plate made by Henri D'Arceau L & Fils, Limoges, France. This particular plate is Plate #7 (BD - 392) from the 1st edition, made in 1977, and is part of the WOMEN OF THE CENTURY collection. Included, along with the plate, is the certificate of authenticity.
