Anna Jalava (1926 - ), listed artist born in Helsinki, Finland, immigrated to Canada in 1952 (listed in the National Gallery of Canada archives) Signed Original Oil Painting depicting a beautiful AUTUMN landscape scene within a white/gold frame. Framed: 30" x 23" (76 cm x 58.5 cm) Unframed: 23" x 18" (58.5 cm x 46 cm) - oil on board only Signature: Signed "Anna" on the right-hand side of the painting Condition: Excellent (both the painting and the frame) Very Talented Artist who teamed with her late husband, Erkki Jalava, also a talented and listed artist. They both resided in Toronto and later in Peterborough, Ontario. |
