| Beautiful, opalescent Venetian Murano Glass display bowl with pink latticino ribbon and aventurine fleck inclusions designed and manufactured by Fratelli Toso in the mid 1950’s. The pedestal base adds extra interest and makes for an elegant appearance. A vase with identical design is shown in Leslie Pinas book “Italian Glass Century20”on Page88, with estimated value $700 - $900. The glass is in pristine condition, without any signs of damage, repair or use and the bowl will make a beautiful and valuable addition to any Italian Glass collection. Tiny, scattered ash inclusion within the center of the bowl confirm the early manufacture. Measurements are 4.25” (11 cm) height, 7.75” (19.5 cm) diameter across opening and 3” (7.5 cm) base. The pedestal is 1.5” (3.5cm) high. Questions and requests for additional photos are welcome. Shipping, handling and insurance charges within the US are $15.00.
