| Rare European Art Deco Buddha Theme Perfume Lamp. The figure comes from an estate in Germany but might as well be of French origin with estimated manufacturing date 1920 – 1935. The darker shade of skin tone is rather unusual and I have not seen a Buddha with stellar theme before. Looking at the facial features they are similar to the ones of the Roman or Egyptian Temple Priestess listed in the "Sold" category. The base has a three digit impressed number as well. Dimensions are 8.5" (21.5 cm) height and 6" (15 cm) width across the base. The porcelain is in excellent, undamaged condition and the gilding shows only moderate signs of age wear in the head dress.
