Mexican Silver Ring w/Rare Czech Glass Bead, ca.1930s
A gorgeous ring, highly collectible for either Mexican or Native American jewelry lovers (the blue bead, for Indian collectors, is often referred to as "Hubbell glass"). Exquisite cut work. A lot of expertise went into making this ring, from the wirework tucked in there to the frilly bezel to the raindrops at the tips, very time-consuming and all requiring fussy soldering work. The "Silver Mexico" mark is early, the work is early and the bead is of that era. This one is a treasure if it fits you! Size: 4 ¾. Top of ring is 1 inch long. Glass bead is 3/8 inches in diameter.
