Federico Castellon, Spanish-American, 1914-1971, "By the Arks". This 1941 lithograph measures 9 x 11 7/8 inches, pencil signed, edition of 250, published by Associated American Artists, NY. Primarily a self-taught artist who was heavily influenced by Dali, Picasso and Rouault. At 18, Castellon had his first solo show with the help of his mentor, Diego Rivera, who recognized the young man's talent...

John Edward Costigan Open John Edward Costigan configuration 1888-1972 American This is perhaps the best known etching by American Regionalist, John E. Costigan. The title is: Fishermen Three, it was created and printed in 1938 and sold by Associated American Artists in New York. This etching has an image size of 8 7/8X11 7/8 inches Hand signed in pencil lower border. This image appears in the book, A Treasury of American Prints by Craven.
