Stephen Parrish 1846-1938 American This is an original drypoint etching by American artist Stephen Parrish. The title is: A Gloucester Wharf, it was created and printed in 1886. One of the few etchings that he made using exclusively dry point. The image measures 17 7/8X11 7/8 inches. Hand signed in pencil. A very rich impression with fine use of plate tone in the sky and water. This image appears in the Schneiderman catalog as image number 118.

David Muirhead Bone 1876-1953 Scottish This is an original drypoint etching by British artist David Muirhead Bone. The subject of this work is: Canal and Bridge of SS Apostoli, Venice. THis etching was created and printed in 1916 in an edition of 129. This etching printed in sepia toned ink measures 12 7/8X8 7/8 inches. The image appears in the Dodgson catalog as image number 351.
