Hammered sterling silver water jug. Made by Georg Jensen, C 1950. Circular foot, baluster body, and open mouth with small lip spout. Foot encircled by incised dentelle and applied fruiting grapevine. Foliate scroll handle in silver and ebonized wood with pendant grape bunch applied to upper scroll. Very fine. A substantial specimen of Jensen craftsmanship for use and display. Fully hallmarked.
