Silver wine taster with Louis XVI coin. Made in France, C 1820. Circular with curved sides and snake-form ring handle. Exterior has gadrooning and pointillé. Louis XVI coin with king’s profile set in bottom. “J. Nolliat” engraved on rim exterior. A touching Restauration piece memorializing the martyred king. A few minor dents.
