| This is an attractive and well-made stainless steel spring action and antelope horn bodied cigar cutter. Over 70% of all males were smokers during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Therefore, there was an abundance of smoking accessories produced during that period to accompany the ritual of cigar smoking.
