Interesting perspective. Window pane is in foreground as if you, the viewer, are peering out of the window to the street below. A pigeon hovers near the window also looking toward the street. Details include dogs playing, children on bikes, and laundry hanging on porches. Pleasant, happy scene with bright comforting colors. Oil on canvas. Signed and dated lower left.
