| Fantastic, early Rookwood vase with turtle and foliage decoration, marked Rookwood 1895 at base. Beautiful light tan background with matte finish, decorated with a turtle and foliage in black and dark green and finished with unique applications of purple, rust and gold gild. Great reticulated pattern at neck. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs found. 9.25" high by 3" diameter at the top rim and base and approximately 5" diameter at its widest. | ||||||||||
