This is an exquisite Vitrine made by the end of the 19th century from a nicely patinaed walnut, directly inspired of the Louis XVI style less than a century earlier, boasting a graceful pierced carved cartouche depicting the classical tied ribbon standing upon the pair of arched doors, each mounted with their original beveled glass panes and revealing a large storage area with a total of adjustable shelves, all supported by tapered turned legs with twisted fluted pattern. Note some scratches and dents can be seen due to the age. Circa date 1880. Dimensions 87”high/ 45”wide/ 17”deep. | |||||||||||
