This is a magnificent sideboard made from solid walnut at the end of the 19th century, highlighted by its original Rouge Royal inset marble, which is sitting upon an intricately accented façade featuring a boldly sculpted gadrooned 2-drawer frieze above a pair of recessed paneled doors heavily ornate with the Classical Renaissance Revival patterns and revealing a large storage compartment with single shelf, all supported by a pair of turned fluted columns connected to the back panel by a bottom shelf on ball feet. Note minor scratches and dents due to the age. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 42 ½”high/ 45”wide/ 19”deep. | |||||||||||
