This is a lovely set of 6 dining chairs made from a nicely patinaed beech by the end of the 19th century directly inspired of the Directoire period approximately a century earlier, consisting of a rectangular pierced seatback centering intricately shaped harp, standing upon the square seat supported by straight legs on bronze sabots. Note the cover on the seats is in slight used condition. Minor scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 35 ˝”high/ 19”seat height/ 18”wide/ 16”deep. | |||||||||||
