This is a lovely set of 4 engravings made by the beginning of the 19th century by Francois Seraphin Delpech (1778-1825) from drawings made by the Famous Carle Vernet (1758-1836) who is well known for his drawings representing different professions from his time period. This set is representing a Lottery Tickets seller, Chestnut Seller, Leggings Seller and Mobile Mercery. All gilded frames are original and some chips can be seen due to the age. Circa date 1820. Dimensions 20 ½"high/ 16 ¾"wide.|
