Here is a massive and elegantly simple Buffet 2 Corps made from an exquisitely patinaed walnut by the first half of the 19th century. This impressive piece consists of an upper section mounted with a flat molded cornice sitting upon a pair of glass doors revealing a large display compartment standing upon the buffet below, offering a 3-drawer frieze over a pair of paneled recessed doors introducing another large storage area. Note several anterior repairs can be seen here and there. Circa date 1830. Dimensions 90”high/ 62”wide/ 24”deep.
