Beautiful bronze Tibetan figure of Dakini a tantric deity described as a female embodiment of enlightened energy. In Tibetan language , dakini is rendered Khandoma which means " she who traverses the sky" . This figure is 19th c or older some of the fine details have been worn down from use in a temple/ altar setting , on the back of the base a later punched type written word INDIA , though this does not seem to be from there but possibly arrived there and later was exported so they wrote India as country of origin. size H 16" w 11.5" d 4.5"
