Authentic Pre-Columbian Mezcala Serpentine 300BC-100AD

Authentic Pre-Columbian Monkey in Green Serpentine/Jadeite from the Mezcala Culture of ancient Mexico. This artifact dates from the Late Pre-Classic period circa 300B.C.-100A.D. Seated monkey figure with hands on knees. Carved and string-cut figures with very long tale bent at tip, jaunting chin with deeply incised oval eyes and pronounced flat nose. Exc. condition with finely polished finish- approx. 3 inches in height. Released from old private collection that has sold at New York City galleries as well as top auction houses-Guaranteed Authentic. Buyer has on year for full refund for any reason.
