Navajo lady is riding her giraffe, on a Sunday Saddle blanket with her sheep buddy, carved wood by Delbert Buck, the young Navajo folk artist who has been collected and shown world wide! Featured in the book "The People Speak, Contemporary Navajo Folk Art" by Chuck and Jan Rosenak, Delbert had his first showing at the age of 14. This is from an Arizona collection of Navajo Folk art. Fine original condition, note the eye glasses and bridle tassels! 21' tall, 7 1/2" long and 4" wide. Buyer pays $30.00 for packing and shipping. |
