The iconic shield ring created in 14k gold by Hopi Indian artist Charles Loloma is set with the gem grade of Lander turquoise. Created by Charles Loloma around 1980, this sheet gold is formed around the finger with an additional gold plate at the back to keep it from turning. Ring is size 7. The fabulous Lander turquoise stone is 8 by 11 mm, approximately 8 carats. This is a tight web matrix with no fill. The hand cut gold bezel was a Loloma specialty!
