A big shell is very showy with the turquoise and mother of pearl overlaid in a mosaic. Then strung on a matching turquoise and brown shell rolled bead necklace.
Gorgeous craftsmanship from Santo Domingo Pueblo back in the 1970s!
the natural clam shell is 3" tall by 3 1/4" wide, hardly weighs anything!
The rolled bead choker is 17" long.
This is a reproduction of the oldest style of jewelry in the southwest, found back in pre-contact days.
Buyer pays $15.00 for shipping and insurance.
