When the Hiililii come to dance they come with a big group that consist of Hiililii, wuyaktaiwa and all other kind of Hu kachinas, two sipikne and a group of koyemsi to sing for them. The dark colors on the face, body and snake kilt signify that he is a winter time Hiililii.

Traditionally hand carved from dried cottonwood root, this pair of Sipikne Kachina by Hopi artist Kevin Chavarria are 8 1/2" tall. They will stand or hang.
