At 24" diameter this is the biggest Navajo basket we have seen! A Wedding basket design surrounds the American Eagle for a bold statement! The details in his wings and tail feathers are sharp, his eye is turquoise, although faded a bit, and there is a silver button at the center to support the hanger. Woven in the 1960s, all sumac, dyed red and black, very nice even weave. No damage or repairs, excellent original condition. Buyer pays $20.00 for shipping. |
