Great style from the 1930-50 era, the seven split silver cuff bracelet. Made very famous by Navajo Indian Kenneth Begay, unfortunately this is not a signed piece. Sheet silver is hand cut and each rib is domed. Attractive tooling finishes the sides. The center measures almost 3" tall, tapering to 1 3/4". The interior of the silver is 5 1/2" plus a gap of 1 1/8". Buyer pays $12.00 for shipping and insurance. From an estate collection of fine Indian jewelry, dating from 1935-1965. All purchased at trading posts on the reservation. |
