Gorgeous vintage sterling silver hinged bracelet, I believe this to be a late Art Nouveau example if not a nature-inspired piece of the 1940s. Some times it is difficult to say with jewelry that is not signed since styles held on after the "official" end of an era and techniques remained constant as well. This is obviously a hand-made bracelet and it consists of two "wings" replete with scroll and foliate repousse motifs...

Vintage 1950s hand-wrought copper cuff bracelet signed by Casa Maya, a Mexico City based taller, with a cloisonne style bull head applied on its face, decorated in green enamels. A signature piece for Maya, also pictured in Sandy Hargrove's recent book on the subject, showy and definitely intense. Early Mexican silver necklace of fine grade silver in a minimalist yet visually powerful pre-Colombian motif bearing the signature of Jorge "Chato" Castillo. Beautiful Chinese Art Nouveau silver brooch in an open-backed repousse foliate design having a carved carnelian "button" bezel set at its center. The stone has interesting color variation and the carving shows a flower and a pear, I believe. Gorgeous David Andersen vintage torque pendant necklace, its pendant I found referred to as "Thor's Hammer" and though there is no signature for the actual designer, there seems to be an agreement among experts that this is probably the work of Bjorn Sigurd Ostern.
