| Early Deco Mexican necklace consisting of wide flattened silver links and a central part made up of stylized repousse beaded fans topped by scrumptious amethyst cabochons. Lovingly hand-crafted out of almost pure, 980 silver, the necklace bears an impressed hallmark that bespeaks its early date. Its amethysts are securely bezel-set with strong color and inclusions that add depth and interest to the stones. Measuring 16 3/4" long the necklace is just shy of 1/4" wide for the chain part while the 8" long fan part is 15/16" wide. It weighs 62.9 grams, is marked "TAXCO 980" and in excellent vintage condition. | ||
